Cucumber Pasta Salad

Whenever we go to a picnic or potluck in the summer, we take this recipe. It makes use of the glut bounty of cucumbers we normally have in June and July, and it is wonderful paired with BBQ or hamburgers or sandwiches or… anything, really.

  1. sounds delicious I love cucumbers and pasta salad this is a new recipe on me but believe me I am gonna try it

  2. I really like the sound of this pasta salad. I make a basic pasta salad with italian dressing and vegetables. I also include some cucumbers to mine. But I like that you are using a homemade dressing since I am trying to get away from store-bought.

  3. I invite you to come and link this up at my weekly meme: Vegetarian Foodie Fridays at Breastfeeding Moms Unite! I always have an abundance of cukes in the summer as does a friend of mine. This recipe will be great to have on hand, especially for potlucks like you say.

  4. Simple recipe that looks like the basic ingredients really shine. If you brought it to Memorial Day potluck, I’d load up a big serving on my plate! It sounds great!

  5. Oh yum! Do you happen to have an extra plate?

I hope you’ll stop by and see my video for a French Macaroon video. There are bloopers. 🙂

I am also hosting a giveaway for a French Basketeer tote.
