The weather in Harrisburg this week has been beautiful, sunny, cool fall perfection.
We’ve had a lot of these weeks lately. We’ve been blessed by stellar weather.
Yesterday, the girls and I went to the park to collect fall treasures. We found colored leaves, acorns, interesting sticks, catalpa beans, hickory nuts, and walnuts.
Here are a few of Grace’s finds, as photographed with her Barbie Photo Fashion Doll. She’s really into all the filters and frames.
After we got home from our walk, Grace and I edited some of our pictures using the software we downloaded from the Barbie Photo Fashion website.
Here’s what that software looks like:
It’s fun to use. Because it’s designed for little girls to use on their own, the options are simple and intuitive. There are stickers to add to your photos, filters to alter the photos, and frames to add on top of the photos.
The way the software is set up, you can do stickers, then filters, then frames, or just one or two of them.
Grace and I played with a photo of Allie from our visit to the park. I had taken it with my iPhone, and we imported it to the Barbie Photo Fashion software. Once you have the photo in the Barbie Photo Fashion software, it automatically saves to the doll’s t-shirt. We displayed all of these photos on Grace’s doll:
I noticed that we are approaching photo #200, so our next mission is to save all of Grace’s photos to my computer and figure out how to delete them from the Barbie Photo Fashion doll.
