Momma, she said, I like when you stay home with me.
“I like it, too,” I replied.
You can go back to work when me and Allie die, okay?
“That sounds like a great plan, Baby.”
There’s only one person in our immediate family with curly hair. Guess who it is.
It makes me feel good to be so often drawn.
That’s you, Momma!
That’s you, Momma!
Guess who this is, Momma. Are you gonna guess? Are you?
It’s YOU!
I love it, even if I get a clown nose in every drawing.
My cup runneth over.

So stinking cute!
SO sweet!! I’m so glad you are all settling into being a WAHM so nicely!
HA! I was just thinking about tweeting that I don’t know how anyone manages being a WAHM. I don’t think I have any more time to work than I did when I was working.
On the other hand, I’ve also taken on more, so I have more to do than I did back then. I wonder if anybody ever feels like they have a handle on everything, KWIM?
It sure is. 🙂
Aren’t they, though? I started photographing or scanning them so that I wouldn’t have to keep the paper clutter around.
Thanks, Lauren. 🙂 I noticed the expression, too. I’m the only person who’s always smiling. She draws herself with a flat mouth often and the same for her dad, but Momma always has a smile from ear to ear. I can live with that.
How cute!
