Trimming the tree

I am physically incapable of writing a wordless Wednesday post, but today got totally out of hand.

Grace and her dad were pulling the old lights off of the tree in preparation to put our nice, new lights on. More about our Christmas decorations here.

    I love watching little ones decorate the tree…all the decorations end up at their eye level!

    I remember when we used to spend a hour or more untangling the lights.
    Then the hubby decided he wanted a Christmas tree with the lights already on it.
    I actually love it. Now, all we need is a light remote. LOL
